Gilman Brewing Company is housed in a former automotive shop, set with industrial textures, rustic wood furniture, with a rotating list of 13 different Gilman brews to choose from. They're known for their award-winning farmhouse style saisons, bold and refreshing IPAs, and a range of other classic and experimental styles. Quiz starts at 7:30 but come early to help us secure a space as we are not able to reserve tables. Please plan on supporting the host bar if you plan to attend.
